This video is about both narcissism and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) coupled with a substance abuse problem. This is an explosive combination. It is important to know that narcissism is a personality trait, not a diagnosis. However, NPD is a diagnosis recognised as a mental health illness.
I discuss both here and the threshold will be quite clear from when a person is a narcissist and when they have NPD with substance abuse.
